Suhaib Webb was born in 1972 in Oklahoma City, Oklah. In 1992 Webb, 20, accepted Islam after he met a Muslim at a swap meet, who taught him the religion for a period of three years. He went on to complete his bachelors degree in elementary education from the University of Central Oklahoma. Currently Webb is pursuing his Masters as a reading specialist. Webb is also enrolled in Ummal Madaaris were he is studying to memorize the Quran, the Muslim holy book. Currently he serves as a religious leader, Imam, at The Islamic Society to Greater Oklahoma City and as a teacher at the Mercy Islamic School. Imam Webb is a motivational speaker with a dynamic style able to relate and understand people of all different backgrounds. |
